Shipping Policy
True lifestyle Health is based in Michigan, and we work with trusted partner suppliers who ship directly to you. Because of this, items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email once it ships.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page when available. As a general guide:
- Items shipping from U.S. warehouses usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
- Some items, including grounding blankets and sheets, ship by express from our partner's international warehouse and usually arrive in 6 to 12 business days after they ship.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, please email us.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us and we'll help sort it out. If a package is lost in transit, we'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help.
