Refund Policy
We want you to love what you bring home from True lifestyle Health. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories (including grounding cords).
How to start a return
Email us at cameronalger3@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because many of our products ship from different partner warehouses.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the return shipping.
Return shipping
For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items we can't accept for return
For health and hygiene reasons, opened supplements, consumables, and personal-care items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Gift cards and sale items marked final sale are also non-returnable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.
